AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot speak more highly of this dealership. I drove a range rover for years and customer service and the way I was treated at the Range Rover dealership in San Diego was so poor. They were unorganized, and I never looked forward to taking my car for service. So I didn’t have high expectations for other dealerships when I began car shopping since Range Rover is supposed to be “the best”. However, I was treated like a VIP client at Chula Vista Ford. I do not live close by, and there are three Ford dealerships near me that did not seem eager to help me and when I went to test drive cars, they almost seemed inconvenienced. But when I went to Chula Vista Ford it felt like they were genuinely excited to help me buy a car. From the operator, Bianca, who helped schedule my appointment to my sales person Xavier, to James in finance, every person I came in contact with was extremely nice, super helpful, and overly accommodating. My appointment was the fastest I’ve ever experienced, they were really organized and efficient, and even when I had a special request after buying the car the next day they prioritized getting me back in to make me happy which I think is the ultimate testament of their exceptional customer service. Because sometimes once you have purchased the vehicle you realize the customer service was only to impress you and convince you to buy the car. But with Chula Vista Ford even the follow up has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this dealership specifically. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

My husband dropped the car off at the dealership on Saturday. My Service Manager, John, was incredibly kind and called me mid afternoon to tell me that we needed to do additional work that was covered under warranty-and the car would be ready by Monday. On Monday, I was given a shuttle service to the dealership from my house. The driver was polite and verified my location. The waiting room was clean. They really went above and beyond with their customer service. John was so nice and explained what was happening and kept me aware of when my vehicle was done. I really appreciate the service-my car does not squeak any longer. Would recommend this place to anyone.
