Came here to get some work done on my car and didn’t have no hassle thanks to the wonderful lady Gina Teafatiller. Was a very welcome place and again Gina with the amazing service. 5 stars would def visit again!

We experienced a fuel filter failure on our 2018 F250 6.7 diesel truck. Texas Towing towed our truck and travel trailer from I-45 about 15 miles south of Fairfield to Freestone Ford. It was late close to Freestone's service department closing. We are not locals from the area. The service department was able to free up a tech to look at out truck. The tech diagnosed the problem and showed me the defective filter pumping diesel through a crack in the filter. Freestone Parts department had a replacement filter on the shelf. The tech installed the filter. Cleaned the engine compartment of the diesel that had sprayed and puddled on the engine. They drove the truck at highway speed and checked for leaks. We were on our way to Dallas to see our grandson pitch in the Texas-New Mexico JUCO Baseball Region 5 & 14 all star games. Without Freestone Ford's extra efforts we would have missed the game. We appreciate the excellent customer service we received at Freestone Ford.
