DeSoto Ford is the place you want to try to buy a vehicle before you go anywhere else. The selection of vehicles for a smaller dealership is really great. The staff was very fair and great to work with. Jodi was my sales person and was right on top of the whole process. Dean came over explained the numbers on my trade and their selling price. Finance was a breeze. The GM walked out prior to our departure and asked if there was they could have done better, my response was everything was fantastic.

I hit the Jackpot when I had Joey as my sales agent. What a wonderful young man who really went above and beyond to help my husband and I with purchasing our new 2023 Ford Explorer which by the way we absolutely Love. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime, but I will say Joey is in the top 3 of awesome Sales agents. He never pressured us which would of made us probably walk from the deal. He took the time to show us everything along with his partner Tony who was also knowable as well. I really can't say enough about Joey. I have told several family members as well as friends to go and ask for Joey if they are looking for a great sales agent. The inventory at Desoto Ford was more then sufficient, so there is plenty to choose from. On an added note Vicki who did all our paperwork was also a sweetheart.
