My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Mobile, AL. We looked at vehicles from MS to FL and Mullinax Ford had exactly what we were looking for. We owned our own automotive repair business for 30 years and wanted to look it over ourselves. At purchase, we were given a 5 day/300 mile warranty. Unfortunately, we experienced catastrophic engine failure days later. What happened was nothing neither we nor they could have foreseen. Johnathan Byrd, sales manager reassured us that Mullinax Ford was going to take care of us and that he did. Salomon & Johnathan kept us updated regularly during the engine replacement repair process and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff went above and beyond.
