Had an issue after service to my truck and got a call the same evening from the service manager. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue and made me feel extremely comfortable with taking my truck back to pugmire. I tried there pick up and car delivery service for my oil change this time and it was awesome! So convenient. I was working from home and double tasked!! They even pulled up in a car labeled pugmire ford big on the side and tell you who picking up your car up so you know your not handing your keys over to an imposter!
