2026 Ford Explorer Platinum

I really had a really good experience with the Jones Ford service department. I have had my truck serviced twice there so far and each time I got in and out much faster than anticipated with no issues. Service advisor was friendly and helped make the process smooth.

I went through the ordering process starting last September 2022 and ordered a 2023 Ford Maverick. I appreciated how Jones Ford explained everything about this process including the long wait…and it was worth the wait!! Working with Sarge was fun. He was super helpful in explaining the features of my truck. Jason worked the financing end with us and it went smoothly. Answered all our questions. Wonderful experience!

The sales team Dwane and Manager Brandon are honest and fair. Gave us a great deal on our new Bronco. Jason in finance gave us an awesome deal on an extended warranty. We could not be more pleased with our experience. I wish we would have found them years ago.
