2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

Listen - you need to buy a Ford at North Bay Ford. I had the easiest car buying experience in MY LIFE at this dealership. Imad was my sales person - he was SO friendly, kind and helpful when we first landed in the parking lot. Already helping another family with a Maverick, he excused himself to come over to say hello and ask what we were looking for. I immediately told him we weren't buying today - but came over the hill to test drive their 2 door Bronco. I gave him my license, he came back to get my cell number - and my bf and I were off for a test drive while he continued to help his other customer. Every step of the way he was ensuring we were getting what we needed as we walked the lot. Getting us another key for a used vehicle to test, etc. We left that day with a great feeling about Imad and also the dealership. The next day, after crunching the numbers, I made a decision and texted Imad I would be back in a few hours. When I arrived from over the hill, the 2 door was washed, looking pretty and ready to go!! We talked for a bit, looked over the vehicle again, and I decided it was time to sit down in the Finance office. Well, Kelly - was the most amazing, not hard sell, honest person I've ever dealt with in purchasing a car. Informative, helpful, fun. It was just a great experience (and quick as she could) to get me the BEST deal for my vehicle. I had money to put down, AND she found me a lower rate than my two banks!!! I cannot say enough about my salesperson, IMAD, and KELLY in finance. Imad walked me through how things would go, was knowledgeable with everything on the lot and answered each and every question I had. AMAZING experience. I purchased a Ford F150 Lightning from North Bay Ford last week. My sales advisor, Imad, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and transparent. I could not be happier with the entire experience including the finance/paperwork part which is usually painful but NOT at North Bay Ford. Thank you team for a great experience!!!

I am beyond happy with my experience with Ky at North Bay Ford. She is extremely knowledgeable, yet willing to admit when she doesn’t have the answer to some obscure question that I asked. Where some dealers would make up an answer or just say I don’t know, Ky went the distance to find the answer for me. I worked with her for months to decide what vehicle and options I want, and I ended up buying a Ford F-150 Lightning. I have heard horror stories from other people and experienced bad car salespeople myself, and Ky could not be further from the stereotype. It’s also a great comfort to know that even though I’ve finished my transaction with them, she and the dealership will continue to support me and answer any questions I may have. I also worked with Mauricio doing the actual paperwork fill out, and he was great to work with as well.
