2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

Jay Freud was excellent. He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and made it all happen for me. I love my new 2024 Outer Banks Bronco soo much. I’m so thankful Jay was patient with me and made my year!!!

After my sister and daughter both had such great experiences with their new car purchases I walked onto the used lot to take a closer look at a vehicle that I applied for online. I was greeted by Stephen who was extremely patient and helpful, but not pushy. I had been to 3 separate dealerships and was never even greeted at any of them. He showed me several cars that fell within what I was looking for, without going over my budget. I ultimately didn’t go with the one I was there for originally, an Escape, instead opting for a Bronco Sport. I went in on a Tuesday after 5pm and Wednesday at 5pm I was driving off the lot. I have to say that this was the best and easiest car purchase that I’ve ever had. Very highly recommend.
