Throughout my history as a driver I have owned close to 30 cars from the time I was 16 to now just turning 39. I have bought from every type of dealership so I want to take the opportunity to explain my experience as honestly as I can. ANY dealership can get you into a car, act nice, and make sure you drive home in a new/used car. The process is ironed out because it's a numbers game. They are designed to ensure that you can get in and out as fast as possible. It takes more than that to be the best so keep reading, this one requires a better understanding of the entire process when you're choosing where to buy a car. The sales reps. I worked with Cody Cooper, on and off for months and through several cars he kept his cool, never pressured me and even brought me cars to test drive when I asked because I didn't have time to come to the lot. He was a redeeming quality of the car buying experience. When you arrive at Greg Hubler Ford they will do an excellent job of being courteous. The front desk staff is friendly, the sales reps will open doors for you and offer you refreshments and the whole experience is very 'polite'. Sales people in almost every situation are chameleons. Now for the missing one star, and this part is important so pay attention. I am very much educated in terms of financing and this part is ALWAYS glazed over in the car buying experience. The sales rep will bring you a sheet of paper and have you circle where you would like your payment to be. It has the length of payment from from 60 months to some time up to 8 years on it. It also has a column for how that payment is effected by your down payment. This is the part I find interesting... MOST people are ONLY concerned with the monthly payment which financially just the wrong move but I won't get into the weeds on that. What I find interesting, is that at no point was my interest rate disclosed until I was in the middle of signing my deal. I was 5-6 pages into signing before I saw what it would be and this is a LARGE part of the buying/payment process. That interest rate is a huge factor and it was never brought up. Now I frankly didn't care all that much because I plan to pay the car off very soon and I could of easily went to my credit union and gotten a lower rate. I was in a hurry, I made the decision to sign and I was fine with it.... the rate that was offered was almost 2% higher than my local union. If I were to pay for the car over the 72 month term I signed for, I would pay THOUSANDS more in interest. If Greg Hubler Ford irons out the financial education bit of their process I believe they can be one of the best. I recently, within the past 3 weeks, purchased a separate car from CARMAX and the experience was vastly different. It was almost exclusively done online and over the phone and the rep was VERY clear on what the best rate was, what effected the rate, the best financial decision and then sent all that paperwork in advance to sign and understand before I went to the dealership and picked up the car. They bought my lunch, signed paperwork and I left. Ultimately I RETURNED the car and it never felt awkward at all. It was a NEXT LEVEL car buying experience and Hubler matched up well, but didn't quite hit the mark. If they were to implement some of those practices I truly believe they would be unstoppable. It was take them from a well oiled car selling machine to a customer service oriented experience. I have purchased TWO brand new vehicles from Greg Hubler Ford and the experience has been largely the same. If your eye is ultimately on the prize and the only thing that matters is getting out the door with a car they will definitely get that done, the car will not be a concern, the service programs are great and the I can honestly say Ford as a whole has vastly improved their game in recent years.

I bought a truck from here remotely (from Kansas). Worked with Chet who was very responsive and helpful. They worked with me to ship to my house in very short order. Had some issues with delivery/loan that was likely due to managing remotely, but Rob (the GM) reached out and made the issues go away. Great customer service and management through an odd-ball sale. Thank you Hubler Team.
