2026 Ford Explorer

We had a very good experience with getting a recall taken care of and getting an oil change. It was our first visit to the dealership and we were very pleased with the friendliness and courtesy that they showed us. They also fixed another small issue while we were there. It was a good experience.

I went in to have a tech do a forced regen on my 2022 Ram 2500 deisel. I arrived a bit early but they said that wasn't a problem. They took my keys and got it right in, while I was waiting I ordered parts from Todd in the parts department. He's very good at what he does. My total blew my mind at how affordable it was. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Great customer service. Explained everything in detail and didn’t force anything extra that wasn’t needed or necessary. Job completed efficiently and was out the door sooner than expected. This has been my experience here for almost 10 years since purchasing this truck. Keep it up Runde.
