This was a super smooth process from beginning to end of the purchase. Both John & Marty were excellent to work with. This dealership is very fair and honest to work with. I will not hesitate buy again and highly recommend them.

Update: I’m happy to report that the management team reached out and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Marty Reid and the team took my concerns seriously and worked hard to make things right. I appreciate their effort and commitment to customer service. We’ve been loyal customers of this service center for 8 years (and the John Kennedy brand for 15+ years), consistently bringing our truck here for maintenance and even purchasing an extended warranty. Sadly, our recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Key Issues: Loaner Vehicle: We had to push to receive a loaner vehicle, even though it was part of our service agreement. This should have been handled smoothly without us having to insist. Misinformation: Incorrect details were given by both Todd and Steve regarding inspection requirements, forcing us to correct the confusion ourselves—a task that should never fall on the customer. Catalytic Converters Replacement: We were asked to pay the full amount for replacing the catalytic converters, despite our extensive service history and the possibility that recent repairs contributed to their premature failure. Inconsistent Communication: The lack of clear communication regarding coverage and fluctuating costs added to our frustration and reflected poorly on the service team's coordination. While we understand Ford’s policies have limitations, we expected some consideration from the dealership, especially given our long-standing loyalty. Unfortunately, there was no accommodation or goodwill gesture, which has led us to reconsider our future business here. It’s disheartening, as small efforts to resolve customer concerns can go a long way in maintaining long-term relationships. We sincerely hope they improve their customer service for others.

I bought a new vehicle a couple of weeks ago. My salesperson was Ms Emily. She was very professional and made my experience stressFree. I showed her what I was looking for and she did her best to satisfy me. Her welcoming smile and firm handshake was really cool. Thank you again!!!
