2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

They replaced the torque converter on my 2019 Ranger pickup in about a day, they provided me with a loaner vehicle a 2024 Toyota Corolla which was very nice, they called when the truck was done and as always treated me very nice which I really appreciated, thiswas all taken care of under the extended warranty I took out at the time of purchase . I am very happy with the service and repair departments and their support. Glad I bought from Woodrums, thanks again.

Woodrum has drastically changed over the years, for the better. The customer service has improved significantly. The quality of work has improved as well. Give this place a little more time going in this direction and I’d be proud to call this my local Ford dealership.

I had brake issues on my Bronco. I called in and talked to Melissa. Right away she was on top of it. She did some research and found that a vent hose needed updated and replaced. She ordered the hose, got it a couple days later and had it replaced in a timely manner. I would recommend Woodrum’s to anyone.
