Service is always quick and painless. Scheduling an appointment is by far the best way to get your vehicle serviced within the promised timeframe. As far as easy to work with, Rich is the person to talk to, I have a 3rd party warranty and he always goes out of his way to check with the warranty company if a part/service is covered before getting anything done. Only ever have to pay my deductible. 10/10 recommend stopping here for any needed service.

I’ve never felt compelled to review any car brand’s dealership but Ford Highland Park have always been excellent to me. I only interacted with the service department as I didn’t buy the car here but I was treated with respect, with fairness, I never felt like I was trying to be conned or sold something which my car didn’t need, I truly always felt they were instead trying to work to find a cheap as possible fix. As many of us know this isn’t the usual experience in most dealership service departments. I believe the service department manager’s name is Chris and he truly is a great human and a huge asset to the company. I no longer own a Ford but if I ever did again, I’d bring it to get serviced at this location.

Best Dealership i've been too. From Matt with the livery side to the owners, i have never felt so welcome in my life at a dealership. Chris in service has been great with handing any need i have for the vehicle. Chuck has been great all the way from the time i stepped into the dealership to the amazing sales and service staff. Best buying experience i have had. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in to the time you leave.
