My Fiancé credit was not good, in the 500’s, and Cheri got him approved. And they work with NYC, NJ, and PA residents. Want to give a special thanks to Nunu the finance manager of the dealership, and the lovely receptionist. These people are the G.O.A.T. When we came back to pick up our NY plates, the dealership gave us a refund check because we over paid. As long as Cheri is at the dealership, I will be a lifelong customer.
I loved every bit of the car leasing experience. They move at a fast pace and try to get the best deal possible. We were welcomed immediately when we arrived at the dealership and introduced to our sales rep, Mathias Gomez. Mathias asked all the right questions and helped us learn more about our options. We came with our 5 year old son and really appreciated how streamlined and efficient the process was - as well as Mathias’ patience. We continued communications with Mathias after our initial visit to clarify our preferences, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and work within our budget. A week after our initial visit, we were signing the lease on our ideal vehicle. The customer service team at Maplecrest also followed up with us throughout the process, which was a nice touch. We’d absolutely recommend Maplecrest - and Mathias - to friends.
