We came in to look at an F-150 we say online. We dealt with Mateo and Trevor. They were both very helpful in making everything a smooth transaction. The Malloy prices on the F-150s were hard to beat. Thanks to both of them for a great experience. Give them a shot if you're in the market for a vehicle.

I had just begun looking into purchasing a new Mustang during July. Started at my local NJ dealer, but inventory was sparse and no discounts to speak of. I happened to be visiting family in the area and looked into Mallory’s inventory online. Their inventory was plentiful and according to their site they also had discounts. Went to visit and to my surprise they were mostly straightforward about their stated discounts. Unfortunately, they did play games with the destination & delivery fee by adding it back on after taking off the online discount to avoid the full discount listed but this fact wasn’t worth trashing the entire deal. This is the only reason I couldn’t give Malloy a full 5 star review. A bigger surprise was just how easy it was to make the purchase out of state. Malloy had a great deal of experience in this area and took care of everything. From start to finish I was able to drive my new car off the lot in under 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon. In Jersey car dealers can’t even open on a Sunday. A big thanks to JC in sales and Solomon in Finance for making the process and purchase easy.

Yesterday I traded in my 2022 F-150 Tremor for a 2024 Bronco Wildtrak/Lux/Sasquatch. After leaving the dealer that I purchased my Tremor from and nobody even acknowledging me after 15 minutes walking (Sheehy) around the lot AND in the show room...where nobody even bothered to acknowledge me. Drove straight to Malloy, Derrick Springfield came out in a short amount of time. I had a list of their stock which met my needs, specifically the black one (matches my Harley, what can I say). Derrick was great, gassed it up, gave me the keys and told me to go out and drive. No time constraints, nothing. I did a bit over an hour (rush hour on 495). Then we get into the negotiations. Started bad as they always do anywhere, 3 offers getting better but it was pretty much not where I wanted to be - close but not there. Plus the Wildtrak doesn't come from factory with a hitch, which is silly. One final negotiation, got the new hitch and install included at the # I wanted to be at. Next up Anwar from Finance. Very professional, did his upsell stuff that he has to do, I understood that - I have purchased many of those over the years and never use them. I did get the tire protection. I received a significantly better rate from my credit union and he worked to hold the in-house approved loan for a couple of days so I could bring in the paperwork. Super low stress, no high pressure sales or up sales. Great experience and I couldn't be happier with my new ride. Mallow has earned a customer for life, doesn't hurt they're a few miles from my house. Thank you Malloy, you have my business going forward.
