I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. When I arrived, I was told I didn't have an appointment. I showed my appointment confirmation. They said I must have done it online which I had Was told they were having issues with that . They managed to get me in anyway. About 1 1/2 hours later a service Rep came out and told me that there was an Accident in the lot with my vehicle and a truck both driven by employees. They gave me a rental car to use. That was a month ago. Every time I checked with them I was told they didn't have approval from their insurance company to do the repairs. Finally got a call the other day saying they were going to start repairs and it should be done next week. I have been doing business with them for 16 years and don't appreciate how this went down.
Great experience at Bob Sight’s Ford! The staff was professional and friendly. My salesman was Emery Stone, and he made the car buying experience quick and easy (did most of the deal online). They gave me more for my trade than the other dealers I was taking to with zero haggling (didn’t go back and forth with manager once). I live 30 minutes away, but well worth the drive. I will buy my next vehicle there as well.
Our Sales Rep, John, was outstanding. John was knowledgeable, patient, kind, understanding and helpful and he displayed pure professionalism throughout our entire experience purchasing our vehicle. The Warranty Sales Rep (Ronnie) who finished our purchase was outstanding in all areas of customer service as well. These guys have streamlined the paperwork process and removed all the headachy yuck that went with it. Impressive process and these guys just help you feel right about buying the car you want.
