2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

I had a great experience buying a new Maverick with AutoNation Ford East! My salesperson, Jim, maintained excellent communication with me throughout the entire ordering process. When it came time for the big day to get the new vehicle everyone at AutoNation Ford East was extremely friendly and sociable. The actual transaction was a very easy process and I did not feel pressured by the employees to make a certain decision. They gave me all my options in a friendly, professional manner and it was overall a very smooth process. I highly recommend this dealership!

I was very nervous after reading the recent reviews after my Explorer was towed to Nick Mayer Ford, however, I was very pleased with how professional everyone was especially Matt. He called me back when he said he would, he was honest upfront about being short handed that day but he came through on everything he said. I appreciate the professionalism that I received as well as getting my vehicle done in a timely manner and the help. We love the truck, exactly what we needed., sales person was good at explaining it. sales process a little frustrating, wanted multiple add ons we were not willing to pay for, dent protection etc. we knew we had perfect credit score so could not understand them saying almost 8%, but they did come down when we stood our ground. normal stuff I am sure. just frustrating to keep saying no. otherwise good experience.
