The whole experience at Lacy Subaru was great! Jake was my sales consultant and he made the whole process on Lacy's end smooth and enjoyable. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and outgoing, as well! I got there around 9:30AM, did a test drive, went through the process of making my purchase, and left in my new car a little before 1PM. It would have been a little faster if my insurance company didn't keep us on hold for a half hour (good grief!) but the whole process felt quick and painless otherwise. I'm absolutely going to recommend going here to my friends and family!

Extremely efficient, friendly, affordable, and transparent. I kept waiting for a catch, but there was none. I was in and out in a very short amount of time with a new car at the EXACT price promised days ago! Everything was taken care of at their in house DMV, and I was on the road with my new car.
