I did have to wait a few days after I sent my down-payment for Eide to finalize my paperwork, which was kind of off-putting after Andrew had done such a great job 'setting the hook' and getting me excited. I'd recommend to Eide a process to ensure a smoother transition over the finish line for your online customers. Also, if you take advantage of their shipping option plan on it taking 2 weeks, no matter what they tell you during the sale. That will help to manage your expectations and you'll thank me later.
