I recently purchased a new 2022 F-250 from Hertrich Ford in Milford and the shopping and actual buying experience were both very good. Our salesperson was Christian, and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciate the way he answered all our questions and did not try to rush us or pressure us during the period of time we were shopping for 250/2500 class trucks in the area and on-line and were trying to make a purchase decision. Once we decided to buy the F-250 at Hertrich Ford he made the process smooth and easy. He also spent quite a bit of time with me and my wife when we took delivery of the truck, helping us get our phones set up and working with the truck and the FORDPASS App, and making sure we were familiar with the features of the truck.
