2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

Best car purchase experience ever. And at 65yo I have i have bought more than my share of vehicles. Relaxed environment with my sales rep Jeff and Steve Cousins in finance. I bought a 7 year old Explorer and at delivery it looked almost brand new. No games. No high pressure tactics. Just good, old fashioned customer service from professional and competent good folk.

I have been searching for another vehicle for over a month with some pretty disappointing customer service experiences. Isaak Caldwell at Byers Ford did a fantastic job ensuring that I was taken care of with the level of customer service expected when making a large purchase. I drove 3.5 hours from Louisville to pickup a used Expedition, and Isaak provided ample information for me to feel confident in making that trip.
