2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD (PL535)

My salesman, Kevin was great, although a little forgetful. The paint guy missed many spots, and took longer than promised, and the finance guy was really scummy, lying about rates and trying to pressure me into buying extended warranties, but I was able to block his lies and scams every time. I'd be fine buying a car here again and I'd definitely ask for Kevin. You should too.

Austin Howell and his service department are friendly, professional, and take time to make you feel comfortable with the service process. The pickup and drop off feature is great! And the service prices are standard and sometimes even cheaper than competitors. I will only take my truck to this location from now on.
