Got warranty repair done within 2.5 business days. Bob and crew are awesome. He was actually concerned about the safety and well-being of my wife and child. It's definitely worth the hour drive, compared to the 6 to 7 week wait at a dealer 15 minutes away. They had no concerns or care about that.
I have had good service here. The staff are helpful and easy to deal with. It's a small dealer and service department but that is part of its charm. It has a local feel and it's nice that it is located in the middle of town with plenty to keep you busy if you are waiting for your vehicle.
