I don’t even know where to begin. This dealership gave me the best experience I’ve ever had than with any other dealership. First of all it’s immaculate in there and it smells so clean. Everyone in their treats you like your special. Like you’re the only customer. Marco my sales representative and Belen are so caring and from the very beginning were Never trying to get me to come in or pressure me into doing anything. Never rushed me. It was all about me and what I wanted. They answered ALL of my questions and were super patient and very supportive. Very responsive. Marco went out of his way to find a vehicle that I needed that wasn’t on the lot and he was upfront and honest with me about the whole thing. There’s a reason why they have such great reviews. It’s all about the customer and not about making a sale. Because they know when you put the customer first, the sales come with it.
