Good evening I can’t say enough of how much of a great experience I’m having with Herb chambers of Westborough how much they follow through in their word from the sale department to the service department. It is a breath of fresh air. I Did not have to worry, knowing that I get quality service.. the general manager Miguel, Anthony service, they are definitely on top of their game not only have they made it a fabulous end of the year but great hope for the New Year’s. I purchased two vehicles from them already, and I’m telling you I am completely satisfied from head to toe, I don’t think I would seek any other dealer ship other than Herb chambers Ford they stay to there word, and they leave no one behind. I have been bringing my vehicles here for more than eight years. People are always very good at this establishment. The changes in the service department from my previous visit were a pleasant surprise. I really liked the video from the mechanic working on my vehicle, showing me the repairs that were needed or close to be needing service. He showed all the worn parts that needed attention so I could see for myself what was needed. I think of more people are or new they would receive a video about service needed would be much happier. No complaints whatsoever with my experience at this Herb Chambers dealership. They had the exact truck I was looking for and my salesperson, Paul, was more than willing to work with me to make it happen. Especially on short notice. They were fairly priced and great to deal with.
