They rushed to get our vehicle in for diagnosis that day, knowing we needed to be in Florida. When we learned our vehicle was beyond repair, Cindy in sales took her time with us to find a new vehicle that was 100% what we wanted. We never felt rushed. Eric the sales manager was able to negotiate a great price for us. Sean in finance was able to complete the paperwork in what I believe was record time. Sean’s coworker Lisa was able to answer all of our questions regarding buying a vehicle out of state, and made the process seem easy. Even Vinny, the shuttle driver, was friendly as he took us to a hotel then the bank. Tasca Ford made this the easiest and least stressful vehicle purchase ever. I have bought quite a few vehicles during my life. It usually has been an unpleasant experience. I needed a truck and found one at Tasca Ford so I was ready to go through the, not so much fun, process. BUT, my experience at Tasca was a different story, from first contact by email to going to see the truck. Taryn my sales person was excellent! Made the whole process pleasant and stress free.She is Friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. Sean the finance guy was excellent also, he made the process easy. If fact all the folks that I met at Tasca were friendly. It’s a no pressure kind of place and that is really nice. So keep up the great work. I’ll be back when I need another vehicle.
