My new to me Lincoln vehicle needed a thorough look over in the Service Dept and Paul happily obliged with utmost courtesy an attentiveness! His explanations and the report of an optional replacement to a concern I had, was all prepared and quoted. Assistant Sales Manager, Jack, shared his time to completely walked me through the features of the vehicle, and handled all my questions very respectfully and with ease. Gordon was helpful with courtesy rides to and from my job to make having the vehicle serviced an easy task to have accomplished. He was so pleasant to visit with as well.
