2026 Ford Explorer

This was the best experience we have EVER had at a dealership. Branson was excellent! Very respectful and professional. He was able to answer every question we had quickly and efficiently. He was really familiar with all the features on the Mazda CX-9 we bought. You could tell he put time and effort into knowing the car he was selling. The vehicle itself was meticulously detailed! Looked and smelled brand new. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend New Holland Auto Group to our friends and family.

I wanted to order a transit for my company. I went to three different ford dealerships and was told that ordering wasn't available at this time and they would let me know when I could put in my order. Not one of those Ford dealers ever called me to let me know I could order the transit. I was referred by another contractor to contact Denny Broadwater at New Holland Ford and he would help me. Denny was great! He informed me that ordering was not yet ready and he would let me know when it was. Well guess what, he did just that. He contacted me and let me know that ordering was available and he put my order through. He contacted me the next day to let me know that Ford had accepted the order and when the approximate build date would be. Denny also let me know that the truck was on its way and when it arrived, because he has great communication skills. When the truck arrived and I inspected it, he went over all the options and even had it taken to get upfitted so everything was ready for me when I signed all the paperwork. Denny was honest and upfront about everything. After waiting 4 years, I finally got the truck that I need for my business. The signing with Mike was quick and painless and Mike went over all the options at signing. I would definitely deal with Denny and Mike in the future at New Holland Ford for any new vehicles I purchase.
