2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

We have now bought 3 vehicles from Seymour Ford in 9 years. Why? Well, because we have been treated fairly, respectfully, and with a low pressure manner with each meeting/sale. Can't say that's the case at other dealerships. The salesman that keeps us coming back is Joel White! We've known him now for 9 years! His kind, relaxed, professional approach is greatly appreciated! When asked to keep a lookout for a truck that fit my parameters he did so! ???? He's always found a good vehicle for our price point/need! Keep up the good work Joel! You're appreciated! ????

While I am unhappy that it takes a several weeks to get a service appointment at any dealership near me, Seymour Ford was great to deal with. They were quick to diagnose my issues and the repairs were done to my satisfaction. I wish the diagnosis fee was applied to repairs, this and the long wait for a service appointment will keep me from using any dealership for repairs for my vehicles that are no longer under warranty.
