2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD (PL535)

Top notch!!! Dylan (salesman), Curt (finance) and Bert (sales manager) went above and beyond to be sure my wife and I were happy, our concerns/questions answered and made this the best car shopping experience we have ever had! Love the family small town feel and the genuine care for the customer exhibited. So much so that we bought 2 vehicles from them. Other dealers could learn a lot from Fugate Ford!

I am normally not one to write reviews. However, I felt I needed to express how impressed I was with Fugate Ford in Enumclaw! Kurt Kranc was great to work with! He was able to text more pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. Was great at answering questions once we got to the dealership. He did his best at giving me best trade in for my vehicle and best price on my new one. During finance extended warranties were offered, but not shoved down our throats, which I appreciated. A few days later Joel called to follow up to see if I had any questions, as Kurt was out of the office. Also, the financing folks emailed to follow up on extended warranties, since I didn't purchase at the time of the sale. They were just seeing if I had any questions. Overall, this was my best experience buying a vehicle. Usually, I always try to sale and buy private party. However, I decided to give these guys a try. I am so glad I did! Best experience ever! Thank you, Fugate Ford!!! Next time I need a vehicle this is where I will be going! I recommend this place! 10/10

Highly recommend Fugate Ford in Enumclaw! I was going through a really rough time & in dire need for a vehicle to help out my father. Nolan took care of me & even jumped through extra hoops to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Since then I have been able to help & greatful Fugate took care of me.
