Charles Gabus Ford worked wonders with my car, restoring it to a pristine condition. I dropped my vehicle off to them, and in just about 10 days, they returned it to me, good as new. I did encounter a minor issue with my automatic running boards shortly after, but they promptly resolved it in a mere 10 minutes. The impeccable customer service and consistent communication throughout the process truly impressed me. Without a doubt, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Charles Gabus Ford for any future automotive needs.

The experience was very good. In my honest opinion the good folks I talk to and worked with were very helpful, understanding and just down to earth kind. The experience was insightful and I learned a lot and for that I am very grateful and humble. I will say the experience was a little scary at first since this was my first time, but I appreciate the help and information that I received!!
