I don’t 100% know where to begin here. About a month ago my ford escape blew its transmission completely. No hope for me there. I took the car the chapman hoping they would have some answers or maybe an idea for my next move. Immediately welcomed by such positive staff and crew in the service department. Brandon specifically was even able to give me text notifications and communicated on MY SCHEDULE. Working 3rd shift that was so damn appealing knowing they paid attention to their customers. Met with some temporary sadness as Brandon and I discussed I wouldn’t be able to save my car but he forwarded me to the sales team. That’s where I met Anthony Wright. Anthony works magic and gets a great idea of preferences as well. He and Tony took such good care of me I didn’t have to shop around for a new vehicle while there. They brought up a nice white bronco sport that they knew I’d fall for. This team works together so effectively and truly do their best for the customer. You can tell they want to make us happy shoppers and give us such a pleasant experience. I really can’t recommend Chapman Ford enough. Chapman ford Columbia is the only place I’ll go from now on. That’s a true family.
A Great Experience at Chapman Ford of Columbia My review of the car dealership and its staff I recently bought a new Ford Escape from Chapman Ford of Columbia, and I have to say that it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I’ve bought over 40 new cars and trucks for myself and my company. The dealership may be small but they had exactly what I wanted. The staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful. Their pricing was fair on my trade and the new Bronco Raptor. No need to go back and forth on pricing. They made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I especially want to thank Denise, the salesperson who assisted me throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She answered all my questions and helped facilitate a simple FAST transaction. No pushy or aggressive sales here but rather respectful and courteous. She made the whole experience enjoyable. I also want to acknowledge Keith, the general manager, who came to greet me and thank me for choosing Chapman Ford of Columbia. He was very friendly and genuine, and he made sure that I was satisfied with the car and the service. He also gave me his card and told me to contact him anytime if I had any issues or concerns. He showed me that he cared about me as a customer and a person. Last but not least was Bedelia, the finance manager, she had all the paperwork prepped so when I arrived to finalize the deal, it was a simple, sign, sign, sign and here are the keys. No pressure on extended warranties either. I am very happy with my new Ford Bronco Raptor and I would highly recommend Chapman Ford of Columbia to anyone looking for a new or used car. They have a great selection, great prices, and great service. They are not just a car dealership, but a family. I’ll be back for my next car…probably within 6 months. Had a great car buying experience at Chapman Ford when buying my 2023 Audi A6 on May 17,2024. Right from the beginning phone call from Brantley Lefever(General Sales Manager) things went very smooth and he was straight up and honest(yes honest from a car salesman) . He said "I can't tell you anything about this Audi I sell Ford's". He stated if you want this car we still do deals with a handshake. I requested a few things before making the 240 mile trip there and he came through with everything. Upon Arrival I was meet by Brantley, Anthony(sales consultant), and eventually by Keith(General Manger). No high pressure sales tactics used either, I was able to look over the car and asked all the questions I wanted. The dealership also honored the Kelly blue trade in offer on my vehicle. I did received a follow up call few days after having the vehicle from Anthony. Today I just received a thank you card in the mail from Keith Kassner the General Manager. I highly recommend giving the staff at Chapman Ford a chance on your next vehicle purchase.
