I really appreciate how the dealerships owned by the Steet/Ponte families did not charge over MSRP which happened over the pandemic and continued for several models (like the Maverick). I have had great buying and service experience with them. I needed a repair to a faulty brake light assembly and was given a loaner no questions asked. I Highly recommend my salesman Tony Hinorosa and Steet/Ponte Ford and Toyota.

I walked into Steet Ponte Ford Lincoln dealership to see if they had a car I would be interested in. No intention to buy. Was looking for a Lincoln, Honda Accord or Toyota Camry; a driving car since we travel long distance. We saw this car on the lot, got out looked at it, looked it up on line, and out came Samantha from inside the dealership. We started chatting about the car. She asked if we wanted to test drive it. I did. So we went for a ride. Loved the car. Asked a hundred questions, she answered them all. When we got back, I said, ok let’s talk numbers. It took less than 10 minutes to make a deal, which included exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Lincoln offered better financing than my bank, so I went with that. Went back yesterday to pick the car up. It was clean, tank full of gas and ready to go. I was blown away by the customer service, and the warranty of the Lincoln car. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another car that isn’t a Lincoln.

This was a No pressure , No scam fees , easy to talk to dealership. I went shopping at 4-5 dealers before coming to Steet Ponte Ford. Doug our salesman was patient with all my questions. (really nice guy ) Rich the finance manager was Awesome ! He went out of his way to explain in detail every dollar on the bill. He swore to me "No Games" and there was none. I also met Steve , the sales manager . He came over to make sure the deal was what we were looking for and helped when he found the rebate that came out that morning . Another really nice guy .Great experience and we drove 250 miles to get there, thank you Steet Ponte for getting me in the truck I really wanted.
