2027 Ford Explorer Active 4WD 200A

I called about a Bluetooth issue with my Ford escape. All other dealers told me I had to come in and pay close to $200 to have them upload the software. The person I spoke to in the service department said I could probably try it on my own, and it may or may not work. And to try disconnecting the battery to reset. The service rep I spoke with was the only one to suggest the battery option. It worked. It’s hard to find a trustworthy dealership. They earned my trust. Thank you.
