I highly recommend Cortese Ford to anyone looking for exceptional service. Jason Vogler was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and ensure that my budget was met.
The day I went their computer system was down. This delayed all of the service appointments. I had intended to wait for my car but they couldn’t give me an exact time when it would be finished. I left it and returned home. When they called to tell me it was done I asked if it could be delivered to me. They delivered my car in less than an hour with great service. Everything that I had requested be done was taken care of. I was told that Ford is now offering a free service of pick up and delivery which is a great and helpful idea.
