Extremely pleased with this dealership! Very personable on the phone and in person- they actually have a human answer the phones, not a robot! I brought my car here for service under warranty. They were able to diagnose the intermittent problem and put in a claim. I then brought the vehicle back when the part came in. They quoted me two hours wait but then realized there was an issue with the replacement part. The excellent service advisor, Saloma, provided me with a free rental since they were unsure they would be able to complete work before closing that day. My vehicle has not had the issue since and I am quite pleased with my experience here.
We just traded in our F150 for a used Expedition. Juston handled the sale, and was great. He was very professional and worked around our schedule for delivery. The process was fast and easy. We appreciate the great customer service that we always receive at Hall Motor Co.
