2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

Very good service. Had plastic (horrible material, designer should be fired) or what was left removed. Dipstick broke off in engine block at Walmart during oil change. Walmart obtained a new dipstick for me and covered the repair cost from the dealership.

Great family owned business, have purchased all my ford vehicles over the past 27 years from this dealer ship. Not only do you get a great vehicle you get loyalty and great service. I have had this F150 for 10 years and when I bring it in for service I am always treated like a new customer.

Always prompt and thorough on service. Love how friendly all the employees are and they don’t hesitate to answer questions. They always calm to let me know of any changes to the repairs and what all was done.
