2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

I am beyond thrilled with the collision work that was done on my Camry. It is the best, most precise work ever done on one of my vehicles. Every seam and line aligns perfectly. The cabin is as quiet as when I drove it off the lot the first time. All of the sensors and electrical components appear to be back to full functionality. I highly recommend!

Charles at West Herr was my main contact. He was pleasant and was very patient with all my questions. I was very pleased to get text updates 3x a week on the status of my repairs from another West Herr employee. That is a great service and really liked how they kept me informed. The pickup process was fast and went smoothly, and the repairs look great! I hope I don't need any more collision work, but if I do ill return there for sure!

Joe is a terrific and professional salesman. Charisma was amazing dotting all I's and crossing all the T's !! A couple of hiccups that weren't Joe's fault when a couple other people tried to involved with the sale and had no idea what was going on. It almost made us scratch the whole deal of buying our truck. Thankfully, Joe came back from vacation and smoothed things back out for us. Thank you Charisma and Joe!!!!
