This is a great place to buy a car. Just purchased a 2018 Lexus GX460 from Chuck. Wife and I spent significant time looking for this vehicle, and interacting with larger dealerships in the Wichita market. The difference is night and day. First, they are priced right from the start. Second, there is no pressure...just a sincere attempt to get you comfortable with the vehicle. I can be a bit nutty with special request, like insisting I see the underside of a used car on a lift, etc... Chuck accommodated all of this. We were in and out, and very happy. I actually enjoyed buying a car here, and I never thought I'd say that about any car buying experience.

The service department was more than willing to take care of my car after Parsons Mike Carpino service department caused my car to have pecans in the fan after changing out my cabin air filter. Not a big problem, but I had no fan at all and it was cold that day so I had to drive my car without heat and without defrost. When I asked Parsons location to fix it they said they would look at it the next day when my tire came in. Parsons wasn't willing to do a simple 20min fix when Pittsburg worked me into their obviously busy schedule that same day. Parsons also failed to inform me that the tire they ordered was not the same tire like the ones on my car. Similar but different. I am thankful Mike has Pittsburg location working well and willing to help!
