We bought our truck from Vern Eide Ford earlier this year. We drove to Mitchell because Vern Eide seemed to have the best selection with the best prices around. Cody R was our salesman. He came in on his day off after we made a last minute decision to drive up there to look at one of the trucks they had that we were interested in. Cody R was great and the offer they gave us on our trade in was fair and we didn't even have to negotiate or haggle about the price. It was all very fair. Jon H was the business manager we dealt with on the loan and he was also great. After we signed the papers and took off to make it back in time to work I noticed a humming noise from the front end that ended up being the front hubs that needed to be replaced. We were unable to drive the truck back out there and needed a truck for our trip we were taking in less than a week. Fortunately they had a driver come down with a truck we could use as he drove ours back to be fixed. They had it fixed and delivered back to us in less than one business day. Even the driver was great. Our whole experience with Vern Eide was great and it's the reason we buy our vehicles from them over the local car lots where we live.
