The waiting area and bathroom were clean and inviting, and I loved the fact that my favorite show (HGTV) was playing on the TV. Quick Lane makes the waiting a little easier by offering a variety of snack and beverage options to patrons, and the seating is comfortable and accessible. Even after being there for a few hours, it was still a pleasant experience. My tip to future customers is to bring a jacket. Purchased this gorgeous Chevy Blazer RS and the process was very smooth. TJ and their finance managers patiently answered all of my questions as this was my first dealer purchase for me. Hands down one of the best places in Southern Illinois to go and find a car. Had very little no money, a trade in that really wasn't going to be worth much and a credit score that was not too terribly bad but also not really good. Between Tom Madden and Jon back in finance I was able to walk away with a great car with a great price and decent payments with amazing coverage.
