They did a wonderful job fixing our 2011 Ford Flex. They were detail oriented and found and repaired additional unreported issues. My only constructive criticism is communication, even when it’s “bad” news communicating with the customer is of the upmost importance. It took way longer to fix our vehicle than initially started because of the additional issues and the fact that technicians are specialized in different fields it had to get passed to several techs. They are in need of hiring techs here and explained that’s the reason for the longer service times. More communication during the process of serving our car would have turned this into a five star review.
It was a snow storm when I dropped off my car for new tires. I got a ride home from a friend and the snow was still coming down. When my car was ready The shuttle was not working due to the storm. David had one his men bring my car to me. Thank you to Blackwell Ford and David for this. I definitely 100% recommend Blackwell Ford! Ask for David.
