Our fuel pump went out on a trip to Arlington,TX. I called and spoke to Lupe. He told me if I could get the vehicle there, they would see what they could do. Had our vehicle towed in. This was at 4:30PM. They pulled our vehicle in, found the problem, and gave us options. They advised best case they could have it on the road the next afternoon. We rented a car and stayed the night. They had us on the road at 3 the next day. Outstanding service, great communication, and most likely gained a customer even though they are 3 hours from where we live!

I had a great experience dealing with Lupe & the others guys in the service department. I was traveling from Iowa to AZ in a new F350. It was Saturday afternoon when I arrived in the area. The DEF reading on the truck was down to around 130 miles to go but would not take anymore in the tank. I stopped in the service department at 2:15 in the afternoon to see if they could help. Lupe had the vehicle in the shop very promptly & had one of the service guys look at it within a half hour. They thought the line was frozen & suggested to let it dethaw for a day. I explained that I was traveling home & I did not have a day to set. They ended having there best diesel tech come to look at it. They ended getting some more DEF in it so we could continue on the road. These guys ended up staying after closing hours to get me on the road. Great customer service!
