Just had a GREAT experience purchasing a 2024 Plug-in Hybrid Ford Escape at Pierre Ford of Lynnwood. Hailee Lehtinen was the salesman. After I checked out end-of-model-year incentives on Ford's website, she took the initiative to contact me. She listened carefully to my situation about needing to pay off a late model hybrid trade-in. I really wanted a Plug-in Hybrid to reduce vehicle emissions. She was confident that the financial situation could be worked out well. It was! Hailee is personable, professional, and worked with me every step of the way through the test-drive, vehicle features and cost comparison, and purchase process. Very informative. Helped my decision-making immensely. At the Dealership, Malachi and James were super to work with on the financing. They understood my constraints, and worked to accommodate my needs. In the end, for not much more total investment, I was able to not only upgrade from a standard Hybrid to PHEV, but a vehicle with the full safety equipment package. Hailee even helped me transfer my things out of my prior vehicle, and I drove home in the new Escape. (BTW this is my 3rd Escape since 2007) Throughout the experience, several staff stated they wanted me to have the vehicle that would best meet my needs. They want happy and satisfied customers. What an amazing team at Pierre Ford of Lynnwood. I went in today to purchase a new Mach E. My sales associate Aaron did an amazing job showing me the features and explaining charging and all the new benefits of my new EV! Sales manager Sergio and Eric made the numbers work and Kevin in finance sealed the deal! I would highly recommend Pierre Ford to my friends and family! Make sure to ask for Aaron in sales he really knows his stuff!
