I walked in Paul Thigpen’s dealership in September just to look and check to see if I could find a dependable vehicle because the one I had was on its last leg. The customer service was A1 top notch from the moment I stepped on the lot. I looked at several cars and selected a 2020 Chevy Trax that only had 21,000 miles on it. I was approved and drove off the lot with low miles and reasonable payments. Mr. Barnes was amazing he made sure everything I needed was provided. I Didn't quite walk out with my Dream Ride (I have some more work to do)but The customer service experience from top to bottome was top notch and worth it alone. They worked hard and did everything possible to make me feel welcome and to work with me on getting the car I wanted. The two chill bald guys were super cool and Michelle is absolutely fantastic, relatable and very down to Earth. If you need a new ride go See Michelle Asap! You're in excellent hands. I will be back
