2026 Ford Explorer

I recently purchased a 2000 Ford Excursion from Groove Ford, and the experience was fantastic. My salesman was Michael Nixon; he was amazing. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The truck was inspected and in good condition. Michael Nixon was super, super, super nice to me and my family. I also want to say a big thanks to David Hernandez. He was the one that helped me get my first car from Groove Ford, a 2024 Ford Explorer ST. David is the man, the best finance manager, and I also wanted to give a big thanks to Hannah Suh. She helped me with getting the vehicle paperwork filled out and all of the title stuff. Very straightforward. I would highly recommend you visit this dealership. Super nice people. I would recommend you see Michael Nixon as your sales associate and David Hernandez as your finance manager. All in all, this dealership won't rip you off like other dealerships I have had in the past. Very friendly; they even have free coffee. I purchased a used ford explorer. The dealership is a couple of hours away from me. I was told I could take my vehicle to my local dealership for the used car warranty if any issue popped up. My local dealer was giving me the run around about not being able to find the warranty and wanted to charge me to fix the lane departure. I contacted the sales director Dennis Jacobsen. He absolutely stepped up. He even gave me his cell phone so my local dealer could contact him directly. Nowadays it is very difficult to get any service after the sale. Groove Ford and Dennis earned my return business. Next time I need another vehicle this will be my first stop.
