2026 Ford Explorer

Over 2.5 years of ownership with my F150 and I just have to say that Riley Ford has been one of the best dealership experiences I have come across. I have dealt with other Ford dealers in this area, as well as VW, Audi, Ram, and Chevy. And Riley Ford is how a dealership is supposed to be. From ordering my truck in October 2021 to delivery in December 2021. The whole ordering and sales process was seamless. I was very happy with the deal, and there were no games that you may find at other Ford dealerships (especially in this area). But what stands out to me even more is how great dealing with the service department has been over the last 2.5yrs and 36k miles of ownership. From my experience this is usually where most dealerships fall flat on their face even if they have a good sales department, but not Riley Ford. Everyone in service is so great to deal with, prices are great compared to other dealers, and they truly seem to care about their customers. I tend to bounce around from brand to brand and I would not consider myself a “ford guy”, but Riley Ford has ensured that my next vehicle will likely be a Ford. It’s so rare to find a dealership as great as this one especially in Northern NY!

My wife and I just purchased a new Bronco from Riley. This will definitely be our first stop when looking to buy a new vehicle from now on.The entire staff is friendly, and they all have a great attitude. Our salesman Sean was great to work with and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I have purchased vehicles from 3 dealerships in the area and Riley is by far the best to work with.
