I dropped my vehicle off a week prior to the scheduled date due to the transmission issues I was having. Staff were very understanding and patient with me, and were able to assist me in a timely manner. A few days later I had a rental vehicle and my vehicle was fixed within 2 days and prior to my original drop off day. I am so grateful!
