Josh/service manager, Reece my advisor and Payton my tech took time to explain a complicated warranty repair and gave me a heads up on future maintenance. They communicated with me the entire time and kept me in the loop. My truck got back in the road in no time and it runs amazing now. Thank you for the excellent service. A most Pleasant Experience and an amazing sales team with Jonny at the helm at the grassroots level. It was rather refreshing To have this team listening to my Request and not being fixated on an up sale. I told Johnny and the team exactly what I wanted. We went inside to look at the available options and we had an acceptable fit with vehicle and warranty options within a Few hours. They did not have the specified vehicle on the lot at that time, but they were able to locate it at another dealership and work through the options to bring the vehicle down the following day
