2026 Ford Explorer ST-LINE 4WD

Really happy with my purchase experience from Mark Moats Ford. Arranged everything over the phone, put a deposit down, and walked in a week later to sign. Shortest amount of time I've ever spent in a dealership to buy a car, and I've bought many cars! Wes and Rick were awesome—very straightforward with no surprises. If I end up in the market for another Ford, I'll definitely give them a call.

Rick never rushed me and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He had great communication throughout the whole process, responded to my phone calls promptly and was very patient with the steps needed to purchase through a business. Wes was also very knowledgeable of the whole purchasing process and made everything very easy. I will definitely be making the trip from Michigam again to buy my personal vehicles from them.

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Rick at Moats. He was informative and helpful, and he did not pressure us at any time during the purchasing process. Great experience!
